Due to its continued focus on excellent customer service, Alliance Mechanical has experienced unprecedented growth and has outgrown its original leased location. In an effort to manage an expanding customer base, provide a strategic location from which to dispatch service technicians and enhance the work environment for its growing administrative and service team, Alliance Mechanical has purchased its own building in Essex Junction, Vermont.
The 6,000 –square-foot office and warehouse facility, located at 6 David Drive, was purchased in April. Extensive renovations were made to the office side of the building, including all new offices and HVAC systems. The move to the new locations was made mid-June.
